MAKE YOUR MOVEer en koreografisk konkurrence for unge talenter (13-21 år) i Region Midtjylland. Vi byder morgendagens stjerner velkommen til dette arrangement, som er den første af sin art i Danmark, og som favner alle stilarter inden for dans. MAKE YOUR MOVE finder sted den 12 september 2010, kl. 16, på Gellerupscenen i Århus. Vi ønsker at opmuntre et bredt kulturelt felt af ansøgere, for derved at understrege at bevægelse, dans og koreografi er for flertallet – ikke for de få. Festivalen handler om at styrke og udvikle eksisterende forbindelser mellem danske og udenlandske koreografer, og om at etablere nye forbindelser mellem dansen og publikum. |
SPOT ON - Ny koreografisk platform, visninger over to dage i uge 49SPOT ON er en koreografisk event over 2 dage. Værker i rå og usleben udgave, præsentation af de nyeste koreografiske ideer. Feedback gives fra publikum, der blogger med kunstnerne og fra tilknyttede coaches/rådgivere. Via SPOT ON kan man få et hurtigt indblik i, hvad der kunstnerisk rører sig i dansen netop i dag – lige nu og her – på Laboratoriescenen. |

Registration is now open for the SIXTH keðja encounter. It takes place in Reykjavík, Iceland October 8th – 11th 2010 under the heading “Reach out! Content or form?” About keðjaReykjavík In a few well defined seminar sessions we aim to explore, question and celebrate the art of dance and its relationship to other art forms, its place in a “world of interdisciplinarity” and its role in community. The encounter is for people working not only in dance but also in the performing arts as such as well as others with an interest in discussing issues on the merging of the art forms We hope to encourage a flow between the artistic events and seminar sessions, and that you will use the mingling, lunchtime and party sessions to continue the discussion and bring up truths, fears, longings and brilliant ideas. PhD Studentship OpportunityMoving Forward: Phoenix Dance Theatre, Re-constructing the Past, Re-informing the PresentThis AHRC-funded Collaborative Doctoral Award offers an exciting opportunity to pursue a fully-funded PhD with one of the UK’s major contemporary dance companies in collaboration with dance academics from the School of Performance and Cultural Industries at the University of Leeds. About the project: The emerging research material will be disseminated through the development of a dynamic web resource, incorporating visual, audio and text-based input from the researcher, company members and other site users / visitors. This project will be co-supervised by Dr Sita Popat and Dr Victoria Hunter from the University of Leeds and by Sharon Watson, Artistic Director of Phoenix Dance Theatre. Amount of the Award: Eligibility: All applicants must meet the AHRC’s academic criteria and residency requirements, and there are different eligibility criteria for UK and EU residents. Statens Legatbolig i ParisDer indkaldes hermed til ansøgninger for ophold i Statens legatbolig i Paris for 2011. Statens legatbolig i Paris administreres af en stiftelse med navn efter boligens givere, Ludvig Preetzmann-Aggerholm og Hustru. Stiftelsens formål er at give danske kunstnere og forskere mulighed for et ophold i Paris. Ansøgere, hvis projekt har en konkret tilknytning til Paris, vil blive givet prioritet. Boligen m/opholdsstue, sovealkove, badeværelse og køkken i 3, Rue de la Perle, 75003 Paris, er fuldt møbleret og udstyret til 4 personer. Huslejen er 1050 Euro pr. måned inkl. varme, lys og telefonabonnement (retten til prisjustering forbeholdes). For at tilgodese flest mulige ansøgere tildeles ophold som regel kun for én måned. Ansøgningsprocessen foregår elektronisk Ansøgninger om ophold i legatboligen i 2011 bedes indsendt inden torsdag den 30. september. Tildeling af legatboligen forventes afgjort ultimo oktober. Besked om tildeling/afslag vil blive sendt pr. e-mail til samtlige ansøgere. |
